Are you tracking measurements as well? Sometimes the scale doesn't move, but the inches do!

Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you following plan correctly? Are you being lax and having too many bites, licks and tastes. Are you drinking water? Flushes out the sodium. Are you eating the right amount of calories. Are you being active? You don't have a lot to lose, it may come off slower. Eating a lot of protein, can also mean fat loss but not seeing the scale move sometimes. So measurements are a good idea. Kicking up your exercise is a good idea if you can. Switch it up. Up the intensity or duration. Consistency is key and the scale will eventually catch up.

If you keep under your RDI and if you do some physical exercise, the scales will move down eventually. You could be dealing with sodium water retention. Just don't give up!
