It happens. Often times it can be related to sleep, stress, or inadvertently consuming more than we think we are. Other times, we just need to switch something up in our routine. Other times, it’s just a normal part of the process, as this is not a linear one. Best of luck getting to the bottom of it.

Thanks, I think I need to change things up a little bit! Plus I haven't been able to go swimming as much as before. Hoping I can get out there soon! 🏊👙
