Back on track, I always lose weight slowly, but gain it fast. I eat what helps me lose, some say too little, some say not healthy enough. But I know what works for me. My main helper, Exercise, is getting harder as my arthritis gets worse. My foot, knee & shoulder. I've began some sitting yoga exercises. Even they are hard but I will not give up. I saw a movie about juice & smoothie fasts. One person said it relieved his arthritis. Has anyone ever tried a diet of just vegetable & fruit smoothies? Do you think it will really help joint pain?

Great to hear you're back on track! Me too, what gives me hope & encouragement when Im not up to par is that *for me* I have found that *what* I eat contributes more to what I weigh than does the exercise that I dont keep up when its freezing to the bone! Less activity =less food as it isnt needed to fuel inactivity. Sorry I cant answer your question on veggies & smoothies.
