If only... I COULD POO... I'd lose a few pounds... LMBO, TMI, but true!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you eat carbs, try FiberOne Original cereal. If you don't eat carbs, try raw broccoli, which my husband calls "nature's little dust brooms" :)
