Don’t worry your body weight actually can change throughout the day if you have waste in your body or food in your stomach or if you have any clothes on it’s normal

you are on the right track. overall you are losing weight. we're playing a long game here. its not linear. if you indulge a little and gain a few pounds be proud that you recognize what you will do to get back to the plan.
