I ran out of my thyroid medicine, and the weight came on like crazy. It is ok because I have it again and I will get this weight off. I was doing well with weight loss until I started to use herbalife products. i found out from my doctor that soy is very bad for you, if you have a thyroid condition. Just a heads up for all those that may have thyroid issues.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
