Back up to 88kg but that’s ok and understandable.
I actually find my weight cycles up while I’m at work. I work a 12 hour 2 day 2 night 5 off roster. I am very active on my days off covering 10 to 12 thousand steps and some weights. My work is a desk job monitoring and manipulating a process plant with little activity just keeping weight control on calories only.
88 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
