Yesterday was a good day, I would say my exercises this week have been a little less than usual, but none less, I did work out a little on most days.

Yesterday I walked 3 miles in 1.5 hours with 5 lb free weights the entire time. Then at night I did 50 crunches, 25 leg raises on each side and 20 push ups before bed.

Yesterday I brought a meal replacement protein bar...I am going to try it today for lunch....we will see how it goes!

Bone Mass - 4.8
61.6 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are so consistent with the exercise! Do you miss it if you can't do it? I've started putting a happy-face sticker on my calendar every day that I exercise. Silly, but I find myself getting the exercise in just so I can put a sticker on! :) Have a great weekend!
