super. been working out beginning new years week, fixed my diet this weekend feel great, yet gained. love it. dedication never hurt so bad when it goes up, highest point since the beginning of december. keep on truckin I guess,
86.5 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
