its been awhile. New things that have happened... got home from Alaska to our house getting taken from us because of a slumlord. Felt it was best to move...bought a house(rent to own)moved in. No stove or fridge right away so fast food and candy for me! Stressed completely out so I medicated with food and punished myself by not exercising. I got up to 167 felt like crap and knew what I needed to do. So exercised on tuesday and it just about killed me, finally said no to the late night huge bags of good n plentys and m&ms. So here I am ready to get my life back. Internet was hooked up yesterday so here I am on here recording again. Hope you all are doing much better than me.

Whew!!! What a ride you have had lately!! I must say though ... that picture of you with the kids looks FANTASTIC!!! You still have accomplished so much. Sounds like things will settle down a bit now. I have missed you more than you could possibly know!!! Welcome back my friend ... and as always, I'm cheering you on from here!!
