I started on GF-9 this morning, I felt it right away, within the hour, just got that nervous energy, hunger went up, it definitely boosted my metabolism. Got a great workout in, volume was down, but weight per rep was up by nearly 4 pounds. I can't wait to see what my results look like after a month of GF-9.
