I love how weight slips off at the beginning, it was probably retaining water due to flying.

Even though I ate out a fair bit with family this weekend, I'm being good during the week.

Dry Feb is helping too, pub tonight with old workmates will have a few AF beers then move onto soda water :cry:
97 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
