surprising? not really, disappointed? yup!
A number of factors for this is possible - the biggest is that dinner last night was quite salty and so I drank loads to try to counter it so this possibly retention.
I also had a lot to eat yesterday - so this could be it too.
This morning my stomach feels a bit sore and bloated - pms.
I just need to keep going :-)
only 5 days till I leave on holiday so I really am getting worried about putting on weight both now and then!
All my baked goodies are going to the office today!
