When I lost 13kg I always felt starving. Eating more protein helps, but my body couldn't tolerate this. Give it a go, my body is now used to eating more protein and it really does help! Next step is to resist the chocolate and bread....

Thankyou. Will try to eat more protein. I have trouble digesting meat so will look at alternatives.

Chicken breast and hard boiled eggs are my go to proteins. Each week I buy a tray of chicken breast and panfry the entire lot with a touch of olive oil and a good shake of masterfoods Portuguese seasoning. I keep it in the fridge and weigh portions to eat with veg or salad or soup for meals (100-150g is usually plenty). If I'm extra hungry I'll increase the portion by 30-50g and that has worked to keep me from heading to the bickie tin (or chip packet 😬) after meals. I boil 4-6 eggs at a time and peel them ready to grab and go because Recently I have added Chabani FIT vanilla yoghurt back into my regular meal plan... 98 cal and 15.5g protein (filling and a little bit sweet 😉)

If you aren't exercising then food restriction is the only way to lose weight. I am permanently hungry and have been for a year!

Eat lots of fibre - greens/broccoli has almost no calories and will make you feel full nevertheless

Water and lean protein!!
Have some poached chicken breast and boiled eggs prepared so you can fill up and keep away those unhealthy food cravings . Fill up a 2 litre bottle of water and sip on it constantly throughout the day . You can do this !

If beef and chicken are to heavy for you digest . Try tofu or salmon (I buy frozen pieces) . You can buy unflavoured protein powders to go in your coffee or water too

Hear your frustration. It is a process to figure out what works for you.
Have you consider intermittent fasting, where you can consume enough calories between 8 hours during day and fast during the night and morning. It still allows you to eat lunch and dinner. Just google it if you like to know more about it.
Also, it takes time to shred the weight. They say, it takes at least 4 to 6 weeks to observe weight loss. Don't get discouraged in the meantime.
