flat to yesterday which is pretty good. I went to bed and still have a pretty painful stomach so I thought I'd have water bloat weight.
Other than that not too much to report at the moment. pretty happy with where I am weight wise. .. wouldn't mind going down slightly more but pretty happy here too.
