Still liking the green arrows better :-)
pms should be kicking in shortly so I'm expecting to see some strange fluctuations coming up. Some months I go lower some months it spikes my weight so never sure which one it could be.
either way I think I've built up a healthy food routine for myself.
Under two weeks and I'm heading off on holiday which does make me a bit nervous to see how that will impact my weight since I don't have as much control over things as I'd like to.
Just really hoping it doesn't have a negative impact and I end up gaining weight back.
