I ate it I own it, it is just so discouraging when 5 days of doing very well can be undone by 1 day of foolishness. Sore core, sore legs, sore shoulders, well on the bright side I am still training 5 days a week and I may have just about figured out how to drive my new phone horay, I can't spent another session in the gym listening to that slow beat nonsence, I'm trying to exercise not sleep.
