End of week 1.


Have been doing IF 16/8 along side calorie counting. had an average over the week of 1,157 cal a day.
slow steps into exercise by walking / exercise bike.
149.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 73.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
