Well, it was an effort, but it turns out binging IS BAD! I only lost 4 of the 5 pounds i gained, so I FAILED... for now! I will NOT give up, and I will keep trying, even if I start feeling cold to even do the workout. Don't worry though, after thanksgiving, I'm getting my strength back, where i will succeed in losing weight. HOPEFULLY, and thanks for all the support! You guys are awesome! I hope you all try your best to lose weight, especially this week lol because of Thanksgiving :D
