Achey body, throwing around massive weights might be good for longevity but oh my shoulders lol Still intervil training with back and abbs to day and will try to keep the same cals as yesterday I wasn't hungry or moody so it must be the right type of food for me. Right off to slay dragons and get a 4 year old out of the house!! #winning with small victories
