That was a WOW week for me. Thought I would put weight on instead of losing it. I've been watching what I eat. No bar, chips, or Soda for me at all. Yeah. Also I have to give credit to my wife as she is also watching how I am eating. If I can get down another couple of lbs before New Years, it would be amazing and so motivating. Cheers everyone. OH, no alcohol either. lol
