This is a really disappointing weigh in. But not much of a surprise.
last night went to bed with some horrible stomach aches. This morning my tummy feels better but I feel bloated.
so probably retaining extra water. its also post the lady cycle so it could be me gaining the kilo I lost just before. who knows. just will give all things some time and hope I'm not gaining weight back :-(
