I know, I know- .4 is not a big deal. But I still don't like it. It is about time for my monthly visitor, though, so I should not be surprised by a little gain like that. I have worked my butt off this week, though- ran 5 miles Sunday, an hour of Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown on Monday, Stroller Strides Tuesday, and ran 4 miles yesterday morning. So, if I keep it up like that, when my period is over, I will probably see a drop on the scale next week. We'll see. :)
