small up vs yesterday but also having some digestion issues.
its also that lady time so could be an abnormal drop and the kilo comes back - will need to just wait out the next two weeks till my body hits stable and let's see. For now though feeling good... body feels trimmer and I am feeling much more comfortable in my clothes.
One more kilo to go and I'll be back to my lightest recorded weight. The last time I was there was about 2 years ago - nearly 3 actually.
I've got a big holiday coming up and really starting to worry that I'll put the weight back since I'm going to see family I haven't seen in years.
will just need to see... fingers crossed come January I won't have put any weight on.
