Losing mass because of Calorie deficit, of that there is no doubt.
Time to get back out and exercising.
This 12 day cycle (3 day exercise / 1 day rest) should be 14km relaxed MTB ride and 7km walk daily - weather permitting.
106 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
