There we go. A good 2lb drop after salty marinated pork chop meal two nights ago. Averaging about 1lb a day losing, with walking 1.5km at lunch time and high protein throughout the day. On target to hit 300 by Mexico but at least another 70 before Im somewhat happy with my body.
