yay! !!
After being away in Barcelona for a week and getting my lady time I have dropped!!!!
I did eat quite a bit less while on holiday and did an amazing amount of walking but I was never hungry. so my guess would be that I have been eating faaar too much.
While in Spain I started eating later, had much lighter meals and snacked more on nuts. I am now cutting yogurt/quark out of my diet again for a while and see how that changes things.
I have also noticed that the last couple of months during TOM that I drop about a kilo which then just comes back on slowly, so I really am hoping and praying that's not it :-(
but for now I feel awesome and am super super happy!
