Super excited for my weight loss this week! I'm thankful to God in all of this! It's because of HIM .. His help, His ability, His wisdom, His strength .. that I am able to overcome! I've had some victories this week that I'm thankful for .. I even managed to go without a sweet treat yesterday - not because I was forbidding myself to have one .. but simply because I didn't crave it (and those who know me, know what a victory that is! lol). I won't deny myself any foods because that only tends to get me into trouble .. and I don't feel like that's realistic. This isn't a "diet" for me .. but a way of living my life in order that I can glorify God, and so that I can be the best me possible! It's a wonderful feeling to know that eating well and consistent exercise is paying off! I'm feeling determined for week three! :D
