Well I hosted a birthday bbq yesterday and ate so much more than I should have. I figured it was my 1 day off I've really had since Jan 3rd. I woke up at 4am feeling pretty gross and sick. We're eating leftovers today but I'm going to be much more conscious of what I eat compared to yesterday. The only real positive I can take from yesterday was I did do extremely good not eating a lot of worthless carbs like chips and buns. I only had 1 hot dog bun.
