No good news but at least also no bad news :-)
I'm off on holiday for the next week and have one keto breaking meal planned at a very fancy restaurant - but since it's planned in its nothing to stress about at all. Will just do an extended fast and extremely low carb day the days that follow.
hoping a relaxing holiday will help the weight go down :-)
