argh! 200 grams up vs yesterday.
This mornings weigh in has really upset me. I just don't understand why my weight is slowly going up. I finally get back to 59 and then it goes right back up to 60 - and my eating hasn't changed so this is just ridiculous.
I know that overall for my age, height etc that I am at a very balanced and good weight - but I just know I look better at least 3 kg down. But at this stage I am more worried about it suddenly spiking up.
I am just feeling frustrated at the moment.
