I do morning cardio. To maintain the glycogen level of my body after waking up and to perform in the gym, i eat half an apple before coming to the gym. Mostly I check my weight right after using the Elliptical Machine. 🤞
86 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
