Trying to figure out the weight stall so I am paying attention to what I am eating and upping my exercise a little to see if that will push me through. Been very busy taking care of my husband since his bypass surgery so I am struggling with me time.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
