I hurt my leg a few months ago & was unable to walk very far. I had to stop a few of my exercises as well. Being depressed, I just started eating comfort foods, and started gaining weight back. Before long I woke up & asked myself What was I doing? I had been doing Low Carb a long time & it worked. I bought a book at a yard sale about the Paleo Diet. Decided I'd try it. I've been on it 23 days & have lost 13 pounds, 15 overall since I started dieting again. Tried walking & riding stationary bike, getting easier day by day. I will continue, I know I can get to 215 my goal weight as long as I keep to it.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
