well,I've finally reached the small goal of losing 20# by Halloween,took long enough! Now,I need to get my rump in gear,haven't been doing anything...fell off track,BIG time,& couldn't get back on. I really need to get serious. My pain issues haven't gotten any better,so I just try to tolerate it as best as I can move on. Need accountability & support to help me stay on track.
