I just finished a 12 week challenge and did not lose anything. It is my fault. I have been struggling getting rid of some bad eating habits that have become norm and regular exercise. I know I cannot eat whatever. Why do I do it? This coming weekend is the Thanksgiving long weekend. I will be visiting family with a few celebrations. I have decided to be good this week and enjoy the weekend within reason. Then I MUST start being more strict, anal, and good with my diet. I need to and will do this!

Hey!! on the positive side, I wish i 159 lbs, I am 5'2" at 186. I did so well when we were doing those challenges, specially the "Cruise to lose".. I think being on a team and the competition fired me up. Seems I will do things for others but not for myself. I keep thinking about starting another cruise to lose or something similar but it takes time which I don't have lately. You are very insightful and you seem to really have a handle on self recognition. Changes habits is so difficult, but I know you can do it... send some of that determination my way. I want to know how the holiday goes, you can do it girl!
