OTB123 - Yes, did my weekend half marathon this morning. Now I’m signed up for a midnight 5k tonight. Almost all the weight loss is water, it was very humid this morning.

I need to steal some of your motivation to go out and run I have a tough mudder 5k in 2 weeks and haven't done any running yet to prepare 🙈 I do a ton of walking, hiking, biking and lifting so It's not like I've done nothing to get in shape for it. I'm just not a runner but still want to do all the obstacles.

OTB123 - That's the way it starts. Be careful or you'll get hooked. For me, it's a love-hate relationship. I despise running but can't get enough of it. Just something I feel like I must do.
Got an AG 1st Place win last night on the 5k with a time of 19:56 so I guess it does pay off.

Nice job on the 1st place finish... I can. Totally see myself getting hooked on this type of event plus it's always great having something scheduled that you know you need to be ready for.
