I did a biometric screening at work. Lo and behold, I have high cholesterol. I'm cutting out pork sausage (I love cooking caujun with sausage) and replacing my butter with Smart balance Olive Oil butter that has 1/3 the cholesterol. I'm also trying to add way more vegetarian options. I hope the focus on health will help my waist line as well!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
