No weight loss this week. Don’t know whether to be happy or not. We had six days in Brisbane and my strategy was to fast all day and just have a bone broth if hungry and then have an evening meal because we had restaurants booked every night. I stuck to my 800 calories a day and tried to make good choices. So I guess this is why I haven’t put on weight. The reality is that holidays and meals out - you can’t control what you are given, so it’s difficult to be sociable and diet at the same time. I also tried to do more walking. Anyway it is what it is…..however it’s not looking positive for me being under 90 by 14 Sept, I can’t possibly cut my diet or gating any further - definitely at my limit so going to have to try walking this crook knee.
