Just coming off a three week vacation I had expected it to be more. Anyway I still gained again.. back to the drawing board.

135.4 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg. Still to go: 10.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
