a small drop to yesterday but still good :-)
my lower stomach area is in agony at the moment and really not sure what's causing it. I wonder if it's still my body trying to process the high carb Saturday I had- it could be. I did go slightly overboard.
kept my calories and ncs in check yesterday, though I still feel I could do better. I made a pasta sauce yesterday from scratch so trying to log the macros is a bit difficult.
but not too worried sure in a couple of days my stomach will feel better and my body will feel normal again.
The upside of carb days is that it's a serious reminder why I do not eat high empty carbs.
