Scale is still going down. Yay! Trying to get these high glucose readings under control. My highest readings are in the morning before breakfast. Anywhere between 112-143. I need to find out how to alleviate stress and get more sleep. I know I can do it! So appreciative of everyone that has given motivational words to me 🥰
