yipee still flat to yesterday!
I'm here keeping my fingers crossed that I can stay in the 59s now and that it won't blip back up.
yesterday we had a family gathering and I was a bit worried about the food, but I can honestly say I did the best I could.
today I'm going to check out some discounted whey products to help support. trying out some different brands and tastes.
still going with the intermittent fasting but slightly less strict on weekends. life is also for living :-)
