Ive been really sick for almost a week but im doing my best to stick to my diet some days its actually hard to eat at all but i know i need to eat something. I havent exercised much due to being sick but hopefully im through the brunt of it...
84.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
