Another 200 grams down. Not sure why but I will take it!

Had two decent quakes already this morning, glad there wasn't any when I was in the too tall hospital yesterday! LOL

92.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg. Still to go: 27.7 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week
