Experimented with nightshades yesterday! My first in over 2 years! So far, so good. 🙂 Crossing all the things that I can start incorporating them back into my diet.

I don’t know how people live without tomatoes! I eat them all the time.

@grammalaura It was the better choice for me then. I was getting skin and gut related symptoms that I really couldn't ignore. Peppers are what I miss most, I'm hoping that I'll be able to reintroduce them in time .
Bovine dairy was harder to give up, tbh.
Wheat was too.

Isnt nightshade poisonous

@My life is
Many members of the nightshade family are toxic (like deadly nightshade)
Other foods (like tomatoes, potatoes, goldenberry, and eggplants) are also members of the nightshade family-but aren't toxic enough to be poisonous for most people.
I developed multiple sensitivities at once, and had to maintain a very restrictive diet. I've recently started trying foods again. 😋
