Same thing happened to me a few times, but then after a few days I'd have a big drop 👍

I think weightloss is similar to my super fund, it'll payoff in the end if you stick with it, with lots of ups and downs along the way x

It’s getting close and it’s getting harder maybe you’re plateauing I would wait another day if still the same probably you need a diet break

Third day in a row of gain. I'll try taking a day off but will keep it in perspective. Looking forward to a sandwich and some potato for a change.

Yeah have a cheat day but still within your calories but just bump up your carbs a bit and walk half of your total steps.

1300 or 1100 Cal I think is way too low your body is in a state of survival mode so it is reserving all energy and so there’s no energy left to burn fat to lose more weight also I think your hormones levels could be compromised

8.5kg loss is three weeks is an amazing achievement. Last time I worked on weight loss there is definitely a plateau before it starts again and actually I found a pattern emerged of one week a decent loss and the next stay the same or slightly up. If you said 5kg per month being a healthy achievement then you are beyond this already - keep going! The other thing I noticed is that I also took measurements and the weeks where I had no
Loss on the scales I often was down 3 cm’s so don’t be disheartened. I have only started again this week, so thanks for posting this as it has reminded me that I will need to be patient in the ups and downs towards health

try ketosis- still eat what you are doing but do not eat between 6pm and 10am. The weight will fall off again.

Don't worry! this is totally normal. If you reduce your calories quickly your body takes a few weeks to realise what is happening and burn fat. Also, your body's weight fluctuates so going up or down a few kg for seemingly no reason happens to everyone. Don't forget, if you are building muscle you will be heavier because your body is retaining more water and because muscle is denser, hence making you seem heavier on the scales. Good luck!

I am doing 800 calories per day and averaging around 750. I am also doing intermittent fasting, so I don’t eat between 8pm and 1pm each day. No sugar, no alcohol and trying to minimise carbs. I am having a knee replacement in six weeks so exercise is difficult at the moment, so trying to get my overweight body ready

I find it easy to stick to under 800 calories per day. The more calories I have then it's harder to move.
I have a fruit / vegetable smoothie for breakfast. I have a couple of stalks of celery, some frozen strawberries, ginger, and granny smith apple cut up with about three glasses or so of water. I add flaxseed also.
On the weekend I make a quiche dish, use six eggs, no pastry and add silver beet and sliced tomato on top. I cook it in a Coles roasting pan, and cut it in eight portions. It freezes well, and delicious when hedged up, and have heaps of lettuce.
For dinner I have made a big pot of vegetable soup with a lot of broccoli and other vegetables and add chicken.
Sticking to this is under 500 calories.
I drink plenty of water also.
Weight loss is slow, as it's easy to have a teat here and there.
Everyone is doing an awesome job and thank you for the inspirational messages in everyone's comments.

Very easy low calories meal to do is a lot of cooked vegetables, especially broccoli as it's filling and even this is a good morning tea snack.
