Well...this is the fifth week of my diet and the second week of 5:2. Hopefully this weight gain reflects a "plateau" or a metabolism stall of some kind, because I am at a loss as to how I could have put on .5 kilo! I wish I had had that pie, or that bottle of wine, so I could at least justify why I have gone up over two days where my combined food intake was less than 1500 cals. Oh well, onward and downward as janetofnq would say!
