well.. was OMG piggy this weekend, and paid for it! but, had fun, and will take better care of myself.
walked close to 3 hrs saturday between beach and shopping, and walked back and forth fetching tools for DH yesterday, so weekend wasn't a total wash in terms of exercise.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
