I'm back on the good ship lollipop...er, dieting. I had a biometric screening for my work's health insurance yesterday. This meant fasting. So I only ate lunch and dinner. That night, I came home and my husband and I wrestled our new, 250lb. double basin, cast iron sink from his car the our back door. It was intense, but I felt like all that stair climbing I have been doing has made me stronger and I was proud of myself.
